**Before creating a new problem, it is important to note, a Category should be created first.

Creating New Problems under the Administration grid

Navigate to Administration > Selectables > Problems.

Select the “+” sign on the upper right-hand corner, and the Problem side panel will appear.

Type Problem name.

Select the Category to connect to the Problem.

Select the Client on the drop-down if necessary or leave blank.

Select the Parent Category on the drop-down or leave blank to display at the top level.

Toggle to the right to set Active to True.

Select the Area on the drop-down or leave this blank.

Hit the “Save” button.
Creating New Problems via Import

Navigate to the Imports grid.

Click the “+” sign in the upper right-hand side and select Category Problem import type.

Download the import template.
-
Use the Mapping information as a reference in filling out the spreadsheet.
Mapping Information
See the sample Category Problem import template below – highlighted are the required columns.

Column B (Problem) – the name of the Problem
-
Column C (Active) – set to True
-
Column E (Category) – Input the Category to link to the Problem
Note: When adding new Problems, the user should leave Column A (Column ID) blank.
5. Once done completing the template, navigate back to the Fexa > Import screen.
6. Select Browse, to locate the import spreadsheet and select it.
7. Select Upload.
8. Carefully review the Mappings before saving it. Make sure the columns on the left match the columns on the right and hit “Save Mappings.”
Updating Existing Problems

Double-click on the Problem to update.

Make the necessary updates.

Hit the “Save” button.
