We are Creating New Features Regularly, and with this we often will add new Items which can be viewed in Reports. We will use this space to share some of the newer reportable columns as they are developed.
Store Address ID is Now a Reportable Column Option
When running a Store Report, users can now add a new column for Store Address ID. This is useful for imports and is why it is beneficial to add it as a reportable column.
Tax Mapping
Reportable columns with Tax Mapping and Line Item Type Code have been added in reports, exports, and communication templates with line items. This includes Vendor Proposals and Invoices and Client Quotes and Invoices. When creating a Vendors Proposal Report, for example, you will want to choose line items as a linkable data source. Then you will be able to select either of these columns for the report.
Client Invoice Line Item Tax Amount & Client Invoice Line Item Tax Amount (Client Currency):

Add Assets as a Linkable Data Source to Assignments
You can now create an Assignments report, which includes information from the Assets on that Assignment by adding it as a linked data source. This can also be added to Communication Templates.
Assets Reports have a New Verified Column
The Assets Grid has a new reportable column called Verified. In the grid, the column can be added via the column drop-down. In the reports, when creating an assets report, the Verified column is now an option.
First Check In Date has been Added as a Work Order Reportable Column
Prior to this addition, when running a report, the user would only be allowed to choose Work Order Last Check In Date or Work Order Last Check Out Date. There is now the option to choose Work Order First Check In Date when running a report with Data Source Work Orders.
Work Order NTE Profit Percentage As a Reportable Field
Also in reports, the Fexa DEV team has added a new reportable column that materializes a percentage based on the two existing reportable columns “Work Order Vendor NTE Total” and “Work Order Client NTE Total”.
Users will see a profit percentage materialized by the two, as opposed to a remainder number, when running a report which includes the Work Order NTE Profit Percentage. For example, when navigating to Reports > Create Report, users can choose Work Orders as the data source and then add the columns Work Order NTE Profit Percentage, Work Order NTE Total Difference, and Work Order ID, users will be able to see the profit percentage along with the other columns.
