Date Last Contacted

Hi Everyone,

Is there a way in Fexa to see when we last made contact on a work order? Is it just in the notes? I want to be able to run a report of outstanding work orders that haven't been contacted in a while to see if we need to close them out or do something. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks!
