Client Quote Template
Reminder: The ID (Column A) must be left blank when creating new client quotes.
As highlighted below, the columns Word Order:1, Description, and Currency are mandatory fields. The user must fill in the necessary information, save it, and then proceed to upload it into the system.
The user can utilize the provided template below as a sample for creating a client quote. Just fill out the necessary information in Columns C to E and add a single line item in Columns M to S along with the reference number in Column F. This will make the process much easier and more organized.
After completing the import template, go back to the "Import" screen, select BROWSE to locate the import spreadsheet, and then hit UPLOAD.
On the Mapping screen, the user can verify if all the columns match. Once confirmed, hit “Save Mappings”.
The Client Quote should be immediately reflected on the work order upon a refresh of the page following a successful import.
