As a Fexa store user, users are able to login and see the work orders and other items pertaining to their facility. Store users can also retrieve a forgottten password and access help materials from the login screen.
Logging Into Fexa
Navigate to the URL for your Fexa site. Example format: https://CUSTOMER.fexa.io/
Type in the Username (email address)
Type in your password (Fexa passwords are case sensitive, a minimum of 8 characters, and must contain at least one uppercase letter and one lowercase letter)
Click the “Login” button to log into Fexa.
Please be aware that 5 unsuccessful login attempts will lock you out of your Fexa account for 20 minutes.
To Retrieve Forgotten Password
Enter the username, and click the "FORGOT PASSWORD" button. A link will be sent to the email address and prompt a password reset.
The HELP Button will open a window to allow users to search for Helpdesk Articles or Contact Fexa directly. A Fexa Helpdesk Support staff will be in touch upon request for help.
In the case of SSO (Single Sign ON) and Fexa
When users are set up through SSO - they would be logging in through the SSO link associated with their Fexa Account. They will not have a password.
The Customer's IT department will need to be contacted with any SSO login issues or a request for a new account.
