Creating the Proposal
Step 1: Select the Work Order you want to create a proposal for.
Step 2: Click the Proposals & Invoices tab in the Work Order. (On some sites, this tab may be labeled "Accounting.")
Step 3: Click the plus (+) sign to create a new Proposal.
Step 4: A pop-up window will appear asking for the Proposal Number, Assignment, and Transaction Date. Enter the required information and click Create Proposal.
Adding Line Items and Submitting the Proposal
Step 1: Enter a Description of the proposal.
Step 2: To add Line Items, click the plus (+) sign in the blue box on the right-hand side of the screen.
Step 3: Fill in all required information, then click Save.
Repeat these steps to add additional Line Items as needed.
Save the Proposal.
When the proposal is ready to submit, click the Workflow button on the Proposal and select "Submit".
