Creating the Proposal
Step 1: Select the Work Order you need to submit a proposal for.
Step 2: Click on the "Proposals & Invoices" tab from within the Work Order. Your site may say "Accounting".
Step 3: Click on the + to create a new Proposal.
Step 4: A Pop-up will appear asking for the Proposal Number, the Assignment and Transaction Date. Enter the information and click CREATE PROPOSAL.
Adding Line Items and Submitting the Proposal
Step 1: Add the Description of the proposal details.
Step 2: To add Line Items click on the + sign in the blue box on the righthand side of the screen.
Step 3: Fill out all required information. Click Save once done.
Repeat as many times as necessary.
Save the Proposal.
When the proposal is ready to submit, select the WORKFLOW button from the Proposal and select "Submit".
