Steps to Creating a Store User
- Double-click on any existing store.
- Select the Users tab.
- Select the plus sign on the right-hand side of the users grid.
- Fill out all required information.
- Select Save.
Note: Each user must have a unique email address! In the case that an email was already utilized on a previous user, it will not allow you to save. You would need to update the existing user to something different (most users simply add DNU in front of the email).
Steps to Updating Existing Users
- Double-click on to any of the existing user records.
- Make the necessary updates.
- Select Save.
