Voice Input for IVR Check-In & Check-Out
We’ve enhanced our phone (IVR) experience to make checking in and out of assignments easier and more flexible.
What’s New
Users can now speak numeric values during IVR check-in and check-out, instead of entering them via the phone keypad.
Voice input works alongside existing touch-tone options — users can choose whichever is easier.
This improvement is especially helpful in hands-free situations or for users outside the U.S. who may have difficulty with keypad input.
What’s Included
Voice support is available for check-in and check-out flows.
Other IVR actions continue to work as before, with additional enhancements planned for future releases.
No setup or configuration is required — this enhancement is available automatically.
🐛 Bug Fixes
Improved Audit Visibility for GL Code Updates
We’ve improved how GL Code updates are tracked on assignments and invoices.
What’s Changed
GL Codes that are automatically applied after an assignment or invoice is created are now recorded in the activity stream.
This provides clearer visibility into when and how GL Codes are set, making it easier to review changes and troubleshoot discrepancies.
Why This Matters
Previously, some system-applied GL Code updates were not visible in audit history.
With this update, customers now have better transparency and traceability for financial coding changes.
