Creating Policies from Vendor Record
Step 1) Navigate to the vendor record.
Step 2) Click on Insurance Policies.
Step 3) Select the plus sign (+) to create a new policy.
Step 4) Select your Policy Type.
Step 5) Select the Insured (if you are the vendor filling this out, you will only have one option).
Step 6) Type in your Policy Number.
Step 7) Select the Effective and Expiration Dates for the policy.
You should then upload an insurance document for whichever policies you create in Fexa.
There are 5 insurance policies to choose from:
- Excess Liability
- General Liability
- Workmans Compensation
Each of these policies will have additional fields you can fill out if necessary.
