Pricing Lists are a saved collection of line items users can save directly add into an invoice or proposal/quote.
Pricing Lists can be found under Administration.
To create a new Pricing List, click on the plus sign in the upper right corner of the screen. Then fill in the pop-up with the desired information.
After creating the pricing list, the user would navigate to the work order and create the corresponding record for the pricing list.
For example, if a user created a Pricing List for a Subcontractor List, then he/she would create a subcontractor proposal or invoice. Once this has been created, a new icon will appear next to the plus and save icons.
When clicking on the icon, a Merge Template window will open and the user will be able to select from the pricing list just created.
After selecting the Pricing List, the invoice will display the same line items.
Note: The Pricing List will only be available in the Merge Template window for connected work orders. This means if a user makes any specification on the list, such as client or asset, it will only open up for work orders with those clients or assets.
Pricing Lists Filters and Lists
Lists can be created for both Client Lists and Subcontractor Lists beneath Pricing Lists.
Lists can be filtered as well by Template ID, Name, Description, Asset and Client.
