Customers on Integrations (v2) will now have new menus to Integrations 2!
In order to access the integrations 2 Menus, you must have admin permissions. If you are a customer utilizing our Integrations 2 services, and you or your team need access to these menus, please reach out to the helpdesk!
Integration Information on Records
When on an invoice, scroll to the bottom of the invoice and there will be an Integration Information section:
This will either show Integrated in green:
Not Integrated in yellow:
Error in red:
If you have multiple integrations, like with Avalara or Service Channel, you will see multiple primary keys:
Other records like Work Orders, Clients, Vendors, and Stores will have an Integration Information tab from within their record. The same integration statuses from above will apply.
Note: If you have a Service Channel integration set up, when on work orders integration information, you will likely see several primary keys if there are a lot of integrated notes.
Administration Integrations 2 Menus
To get to these menus navigate to Administration>Integrations (v2)
Settings and Overview Menu
The settings and Overview menu will show you what integrations you have on your site.
Each integration type (Accounting, Taxes, etc) will show the same tabs. QB Desktop and SC will have one different tab.
The Connectivity tab will have a red or a green dot on the right hand side. If it's green, this means the integration is successfully connected. If it's red, the integration is not successfully connected (i.e. it's turned off, or the web connector isn't properly running).
The Settings/Mappings/Triggers tabs are for Fexa use and aren't something users will have access to modify.
The Active Errors and Objects With Unresolved Conflicts tabs will give users a list of existing errors or conflicts to avoid clicking into each individual record with an error.
The Event Log will show all of the requests being made to and from external systems.
For customers with Quickbooks Desktop Integrations (see above), you will see a Pending Jobs tab. This will show all records that are enqueued to export when the connector runs.
For customers with Service Channel integrations, you will see a Manually Import Workorders tab (see below). This allows you to manually import a work order from Service Channel by entering the SC Tracking Number.
Keys
The Keys menu is simply a list of all of the external systems. This is likely something only Fexa will use.
Statuses
The Statuses tab is a large overview of what statuses each exportable item is in. Green dots means the item is exported and red means it is not.
