We now have the ability to include the internal employee (Account Manager) within Clients. The Account Manager field will be found on the Client Information Page beneath the Email field.
Once the Account Manager has been added, the names will appear in the Clients Grid under the column Account Manager.
This field and column is only added for Clients in Nationals accounts.
Account Manager will also appear for communications you would like to send from Client records. For example, if you would like to email the Vendor Invoice from a Work Order, you can choose to send it to the Account Manager.
