The client records house all of the relevant information related to the client. To ensure easy access, there are multiple tabs available including the Files tab.
Notes on Clients
Notes on a client record are similar to Vendor Notes in Fexa. Adding notes to client records allows users to track specific data that matters to their business. To add notes to a client record, follow the steps below.
- Navigate to the Clients grid and select a client from the client grid.
- Click on the Notes tab within the client record
- Enter the desired note and modify anything else desired on the note details (change visibility, add an email to send the note to, update the note type, or toggle the action required to true).
- Select add note.
Files
The Files tab is a feature used to upload documents for the Client’s record. Documents uploaded may vary on the Client. Users can use this feature to upload a single or more documents such as Service Contracts, Billing Instructions, Labor Rates, Tax Exemption Certificates, Completion Forms, Survey Forms, etc. To add files to client records, follow the steps below.

Navigate to the Clients grid.

Select “Files” from within the Client record.

Hit the “Upload Documents” icon, (cloud with an upwards arrow inside)

Click “Browse” and find the file to upload. Select the appropriate “File Type” (e.g., Document), choose to which Client to attach the file (e.g., Client #763), and then add a description (e.g., Completion Form). Lastly, click on the “OK” button.
The user can now access the file uploaded under the Files tab within the client record.
