Fexa has created a new Call Avoidance Questions Menu in the User Interface under Administration. This feature is permission based and will only be visible to users who have the Read permission for Administration::CallAvoidanceQuestionSet. Only users with create and update permissions will be able to create and edit the Question sets and Questions.
When clicking the Call Avoidance grid, users will see the Question Sets Grid. This is where new question sets can be added with the plus sign on the upper right corner. Existing question sets can be updated by double-clicking on the corresponding row.
When creating a Question Set, users will choose a summary and then either a category or problem.
From the Question Set Grid, users can see two tabs to the left: Question Set Details and Questions. By clicking on the Questions tab, users can see existing questions or use the plus sign to add new questions. There are also up and down arrows, which allow users to change the order of the questions. Lastly, on the far right, there is a hamburger menu icon, which will allow users to View the answer choices associated with the questions.
Clicking the plus sign on the Questions grid will allow users to add new questions.
Clicking the plus sign on the View Choices page will allow users to add new answers to choose from for the corresponding question.
Call Avoidance Question Sets and Call Avoidance Questions can be found in the reporting tool now as Data Sources.
