Collect Visit Check-Out Signatures On Desktop Version

Previously, users could only collect signatures using the mobile app when checking out of a visit on a work order.  Fexa has now extended this feature to the desk top version to allow users to collect signatures when using the desktop application on their mobile devices such as smart phones, iPads, laptops and so on. 

When the site setting is turned on for this feature, it would behave exactly how it does on the mobile app. First users would check out of the work order visit.

A window will immediately pop up asking for the Store Signature. There are also toggle options for Refused and Unavailable.  The signature can be written using the mouse or by touch with a finger (when using devices like iPads). 

When users click Next, they will see an option for a Technician signature.

Lastly, there will be a prompt to summarize the visit with Skip and Save buttons.
