Visit Signatures

Visit Signatures are created when collecting a signature on visit checkout. They are mainly collected so they can be superimposed on a signoff document that is created and sent to a customer as proof of service. 

Signing Steps

When checking out on the mobile app or the mobile site, the Store Signature pop up should appear. 

Sign the line and print your name. 

Next the tech signs and prints their name. 



 

This functionality does require a new template where the signature can be embedded and will also require a site setting adjustment. If this is something you would like to take advantage of, please submit a helpdesk ticket for this to be configured.
