The Lead Technician field in now viewable on Work Orders or anywhere Work Orders are created or modified on the Mobile App. When viewing a Work Order, you will see the field for Lead Technician on the screen, beneath the Assignee field, (the same place you will find it in our Fexa desktop version, which was released in mid August). Assignment workflow is capable of of being redirected if the assignment is for the Work Order’s Lead Technician.
Users can choose any one of the technicians or internal employees within the company who are active and assignable. You can search in past work order data as well.
The Lead Technician field is also found below the Assignee field when Creating a Work Order on the Fexa Mobile App.
**Reminder from the Fexa Desktop Lead Technician release**
In addition, the Lead Technician is reportable. You can create a work orders report and will see available Lead Technician column options. This will allow you to search past and present work orders and locate all Lead Technician data related to those work orders, which can be further narrowed down by any filters you decide to add to the report. An important note: This field is only visible if you have the timesheets setting enabled.
