User limits allow users to set a Vendor and Client NTE up to whatever their limit is. For example, if the user limit on an individual user is $500, that user will only be allowed to set NTE limits on work orders or assignments to $500 or less.
1. Click on the Administration tab on the navigation panel.
2. Click on Users.
3. Find the user that needs to have limits set.
4. Click on the "hamburger" icon on that user
5. Select “Manage Limits” and the User Limits window will appear.
6. On the User Limits window, click the plus sign (+) then the side panel will pop up.
How to set the Client NTE limit:
- Field Name = Client NTE
- Amount = Enter the amount
- Currency = Select whichever currency necessary.
- Hit SUBMIT to save the Client NTE limit.
How to set the User Vendor NTE limit:
- Field Name = Vendor NTE
- Amount = Enter the amount
- Currency = Select whichever currency necessary.
- Hit SUBMIT to save the Vendor NTE limit.
7. After adding the desired User Limits, select DONE to return to the User grid.
Updating User Limits
- Follow steps 1-5 from above.
- Double click on whichever limit needs to be updated and make the necessary updates.
- Select DONE when complete.
Reminder: Updating the User Limit for both Client NTEs and Vendor NTEs requires following the same set of steps.
