User limits allow users to set a Provider and Client NTE up to whatever their limit is. For example, if the user limit on an individual user is $500, that user will only be allowed to set NTE limits on work orders or assignments to $500 or less.

4. Click on the "hamburger" icon on that user

User Limits by Permission Groups
When a permission group is created Fexa has the ability to set a Default Vendor NTE User Limit to ensure no user gets created without a limit if it's required by the customer. This safeguard prevents users from manually adjusting assignment NTE values beyond their designated limits, providing an added layer of compliance and control.
If you’d like to update your permission groups to implement this feature, please reach out to Support or connect with your CSM.
