We've redesigned the User Management experience to help you work more efficiently, gain deeper insights, and streamline operations in mission-critical areas. Along the way, we’ve also added new filtering tools and user-friendly features to make managing your team easier than ever.
What’s New?
You’ll now see the Main User List under the Administration section. This upgraded view includes all users in Fexa and introduces:
Quick filters for Roles and Permission Groups at the top to easily search or create custom lists
The ability to add users directly from this screen
An improved actions menu with options to:
Export User Data (in the import-ready format)
Download the import template
Import User Data using the guided process
Curated Lists by Role
We’ve made it easier to manage users based on their role. When you expand the Main User List, you’ll now find pre-generated lists for:
District Managers
Regional Managers
Store Managers
Internal Employees
Vendors
Clients
Each list comes with the same helpful menu options as the main list.
Streamlined User Details and Permissions
We’ve relocated Manage Limits and Manage Departments into the user slide-out panel to keep everything you need in one place.

We’ve refined the user add/edit form so that fields match user roles:
Store Managers can select one facility
District Managers can assign multiple districts
Regional Managers can assign multiple regions
