Survey questions are inquiries designed to gather specific information from individuals or groups.
Survey questions allow customers to get detailed information regarding a specific work detail that needs to be reviewed.
(Questions related to a specific work/job regarding its nature, ex: "was the work preformed to the clients expectation?" "did the worker using the equipment have safety goggles?" etc)
- To add questions to the survey template, click the Survey Questions tab from within the survey
- Click on the "+" sign on the right hand side of the screen to create the question for the survey
There are multiple question types for the questionnaire:

- Free Short Text Entry
- Free Large Text Entry
- True or False
- Date Entry
- Number Entry
- Multiple Choice
- Multiple Select

- Fill out the Question Text (what you want the question to say) and choose the Question Type.
- If this question should be required, toggle the 'Question is Required' toggle to true
- If this question should allow for documents to be attached to the answer, toggle the 'Document Attachment to Question is Allowed' toggle to true.
Once the desired questions are added to the template, they can be rearranged on how they are sorted. This can be done by click the "Enable Drag Mode" icon. Once enabled the user to drag the questions to where they want it to be placed.
When dragging the question, it will show what question number you are dragging.
After sorting the questions, the user may either save the changes that was made or cancel it.
After setting everything up the user may now send the survey questions either through Scheduling, Events or Manually.
