Timesheets are only applicable to internal technicians.
Note: The ability to Approve Time Sheets is permission based. If this is needed for any team members, please reach out to the support desk (help@fexa.io)!
- To access Timesheets, navigate to the Time Entry tab on the navigation panel
- On the Time Entry grid, all current timesheets can be seen. The timesheets visible on the screen will be for whatever period the user is in. This can be changed, however.
- Users can jump to a specific date by clicking the calendar icon on the right side. Once the date is selected, the time sheets visible will be for that week of timesheets.
- On the time entry grid, the columns will provide the amount of hours the specific technician has logged for the days in that week.
For further detail on these logged hours, double-click on the specific time logged from above.
- Once the time has been reviewed, click Close. Click the Approved box on the far right hand side of the screen once ready. By clicking the check box, it will approve the time sheet.
