Mass Manage Proposals and Invoices

Rather than updating Invoices or Proposals one by one, Fexa offers a Mass Managing tool that allows you to update several at once. 

The creation of lists for Proposals and Invoices is the exact same. To create a list for either, select "Create List" on the drop down arrows. 

Since you must save this list in order to Mass Manage, type in a List Name of your choice. 

Next scroll through and select specific filters desired for this list. 

Select SAVE FILTER.

Once you have your grid, select the finger icon to Mass Manage. 

To update the status of all records, select the edit icon. 

HINT: To just mass manage a few invoices in this list, click the check boxes next to each Invoice ID. If no selection is made, Fexa will update all records in the list. 

In this situation, we are updating the status of these invoices. Select your option and click NEXT at the bottom.

If this Mass Update looks correct, select Update. 

The mass updating will be process in the background will send a notification to the email you use when completed. Enter the email address and select PROCEED.

Note: Lists are limited to export only 1000 rows.
