Technicians are typically internal technicians that your company employs. In order to use timesheets, you need technicians. If you want these techs to have access to Fexa, you will create them under Administration>Users.
Creating Tech Users
Step 1) Navigate to Administration>Users.
Step 2) Select the plus sign (+) in the top right hand corner of the grid.
Step 3) Create all of the required information.
Step 4) Select Save.
The most important piece to making a technician user is the User Type and Permission Group fields on the creation. You must select Technician on the User Type and use your sites Technician permission group.
It is VERY important that you make the User Type = "Technician" on creation as this cannot be updated once you have selected save.
