Technicians Grid Overview

The Technicians Grid houses all of the technicians you have created. You cannot create technicians under this grid, but you are able to manage their record and service categories/trades here. 

After you've created your techs, and want to associate them with specific service categories/trades, navigate to the Technicians grid as seen above. 

When you've opened the user record desired, you are able to update any of the overview information provided. 
Simply make your updates and save. 

To associate the technician with specific Service Categories, navigate to that tab from within the user. Click on the plus sign (+) on the far right.

Select the Category and select save.
