Follow Up Reason Columns and Filter Fields

When looking at the Assignments and Work Order grids, there are new Column options for Follow Up Reason Date and Follow up Reason.

Follow Up Reason fields have also been added for creating Work Orders and Assignments and filtering. There are options to choose Follow Up Date Start and Follow Up Date End as well as Follow Up Date Relative. Lastly, is the field for Follow Up Reason.
