Flag invoices and quotes with negative line items
Negative line items (credits, discounts) are legitimate, but until now there was no way to keep them out of an accounting export without blocking people from entering them.
What's Changed:
Invoices and quotes now carry a "has negative line item amount" flag, set automatically and kept current as lines are added, edited, removed or duplicated
Works on subcontractor quotes, subcontractor invoices, client quotes and client invoices
Available in workflow definitions, billing requirements, reports and accounting export filters, so each client can gate negative-value records where their process needs it
Existing invoices and quotes are backfilled automatically in the background, with no audit history or "last updated" changes
🐛 Bug Fixes
Mobile totals now match desktop for mixed-currency stores
On mobile, proposal and invoice totals for stores whose currency differs from the tenant's home currency showed the wrong amount under the wrong currency symbol. Desktop was correct.
What's Fixed:
Mobile totals for proposals and invoices now match desktop, in the same currency and with the same label
Vendor invoice marked Paid at $0.00 despite line items
A vendor invoice was submitted while its balance still read $0.00. It then moved from Exported to Paid within about 2 seconds, even though it carried about $25.8K in line items.
What's Fixed:
Invoice totals and balances now update correctly when line items are added, even if the invoice has a duplicate reference number, so the automatic Paid transition no longer fires on an invoice that only looks like $0.00.
Assignee no longer cleared when saving follow-up fields
On work orders that already had an assignee, saving a change to Follow Up Date and Follow Up Reason could intermittently clear the assignee. No error appeared, and the only trace was a blank-assignee entry in the work order history.
What’s Fixed:
Saving a change does not clear existing data.
