The Activity Stream is currently on Work Orders and Projects, was recently added to Stores and now we have added it to the Providers screen. Any edits made on the Company information page, Providers Role records, Providers Organization records, any of the Provider Address type records, Providers User role or person records, User Address records, Insurance policy records (including policy coverage records), contact roles, contact role addresses will all reflect in the Activity Stream.
