Visit does not have its own grid, it is located within a work order, just below the "Service Assignment".
Users can add a visit by clicking on the "+" button on the lower right side, and the Visit side panel will appear.
"Provider" and "Category" fields are automatically selected when creating a visit, otherwise, there is a drop-down on each of them to do it manually.
When creating a visit, you have a number field available called “Number of Technicians”. This field can be set on both desktop and mobile versions to any number you want.
Please note it does default to “1” if you choose not to modify it. This field can be used in communications and is reportable.
All required fields are marked with an asterisk, hit "Save" to add the visit.
In addition, there isn't a way for “Visit” to auto-create, but there is a toggle on assignment creation to create the visit at the same time.
