Setting the Scheduled Date

  1. Once a Work Order is accepted you may need to add or change the scheduled onsite visit date.
  2. Scroll down to Visits and click the + sign on the righthand side of the screen.
  3. A popup automatically loaded with the clients SLA requirements will appear.
  4. Please enter the date and time your technician will be onsite, and any additional information required.
  5. Click on save.
