The Fexa Provider Performance Snapshot is an analytical tool designed to evaluate and track the performance of a single vendor by effectively providing a comprehensive view of their engagement and performance, leveraging flexible KPIs for improved accuracy in assessment.
Note: When a provider logs in, the provider filter will already be set for that provider. Other filters can be added in addition to that.
To Navigate to the Provider Performance Snapshot, expand the Navigation Panel by selecting the Fexa Flower in the top left corner of the screen
Click on the caret next to Dashboard to expose the Provider Performance Snapshot tab
Click on Provider Performance Snapshot, which will take users to the Scorecard.
When the Scorecard is first opened, the filters pop out and will appear, allowing users to look for specific criteria for a specific provider. Once the desired filters have been selected, select 'Filter'
Below is a screenshot of the Provider Performance Snapshot and what each of the sections shows/do
- Engagement Summary:
This section is meant to showcase basic work tracking and financial data. While presented as a simplistic overview of assignment and invoice data, robust filtering allows the user to get close enough to the details to have empowering conversations to improve their business operations and performance.
- Engagement Summary Section is pulled from Real Time data.
- Engagement Summary Section header’s tooltip states “Shows recent engagement up to today. Updates dynamically. Unaffected by KPI filters.” Hover over the info icon to see this.
- Engagement Summary Section updates based on the filters set by the user in the section.
- Filters: Time Range, Store, Location, Vendor and Assignment
- Filters:
- Time Range - allows users to select one of the following date ranges:
- Add Filters - allows users to set filters for specific vendors, store/client information, and data on the assignment.
- Reset - allows users to reset all selected filters.
- Time Range - allows users to select one of the following date ranges:
- Total Assignments - Total count of assignments completed within the filtered range, displaying a snapshot of operational volume.
- Recalled Assignments - Total count of assignments recalled within the filtered range, displaying a snapshot of areas that might require quality control or operational refinement.
- Average Invoice Amount - Calculates the average value of invoices paid, within the filtered range, displaying a typical financial cost of completed assignments.

Total Amount Paid - Aggregates the total value of all invoices paid within the filtered range, displaying a snapshot of the overall cost.
- Assignment Trends - A trend of total assignment completion data within the filtered range, allowing users to identify patterns or fluctuations in work.
- Invoice Trends - A trend of total invoices paid within the filtered range, allowing users to identify patterns or fluctuations in cash flow.

Performance Summary:
This section is meant to assist users in monitoring and improving service delivery efficiency and effectiveness. By setting KPIs, users can focus on the ones that they measure and determine the most impactful, enabling targeted operational improvement.- Performance Summary Section is pulled from Non-Real Time Data (1 Month Behind) and will always pull the last 6 months' worth of data.
- Performance Summary Section header’s tooltip states “Covers the last 6 full months, not including this month. Unaffected by Engagement filters.”
- Performance Summary Section will update based on the filters set by the user in the section.
- Filters: Selected KPIs, Provider
- To adjust these KPI filters, toggle the toggles to false and select Apply. - Repair Grade - Demonstrates the performance rating in the form of a letter grade and percentage, providing a quick view of categorical KPI performance.
- Preventative Maintenance Grade - Demonstrates the performance rating in the form of a letter grade and percentage, providing a quick view of categorical KPI performance.
- Repair & Preventative Maintenance Trends - A trend of detail for Repair & Preventative Maintenance with corresponding grades and percentages plotted over time, providing opportunities to seek out patterns in performance to refine operations.
- Repair Graded List View - Demonstrates the detail of each KPI making up the total graded buckets for Repair & Preventative Maintenance, providing a breakdown of each individual performance.
