Facilities Grid - Store ID
The store ID is now available as a column in the facilities grid. The column is hidden by default, but can be added to your saved lists.
Why it’s Great:
You will no longer need to use a store report to get access to the store ID. This will save you time if you need the store ID when making updates to the store records via import.
Facility Records - Notes have been Added
You can now add notes to your facility records. The notes in the facility record have the same functionally as the notes on the vendor record.
Why it's Great:
The addition of notes to facility records allows you to send messages directly from the facility record or add internal notes. Each note is time-stamped and tracks who added it, making it easy to maintain a clear audit trail.
Tip:
If you're making edits to key information in a facility record, it's helpful to create a note alongside it to explain why the change was made. This practice ensures that any updates are well-documented and can be easily referenced later.
Grid Filters - Days Old Added to the Work Order and Assignment Grids
You are now able to create filters on the work order and assignment grids by days old.
Why it’s Great: In the past you would have to run a report for this information. Now you can create saved lists that identify how old a work order or an assignment is and take action as needed.=
Tip:
Create saved lists with filters to quickly display work orders or assignments based on specific criteria. For example, set a filter to show work orders that are between 30-45 days old to prioritize tasks that may need immediate attention. This helps streamline workflow management and ensures timely completion.
Bug Fixes
API
- Subcontractor quotes line items: Updated so singular line items can be retrieved
- Subcontractor Invoices: Post response now matches what is in the Put response
Auto Select Function
- If a field is manually cleared the auto select function is now disabled and will leave the field blank
Assets
- Asset template grid is now showing asset template information on initial load
Budgets
- Users are no longer able to create multiple vendor or client budgets with the exact same criteria
Preventative Maintenance
- Stores: Product and product class are now required if the single line item toggle is set to true
Reports
- The Search for Email field now shows all active users in the dropdown when scheduling report deliveries, making it easier to select recipients quickly and accurately
Time Entry
- Users with proper permissions should now be able to view timesheets in the time entry tab no matter the time zone settings on the browser
Vendor Default Assignments
- Users will now receive a duplicate warning if they attempt to create a default assignment with the same criteria, helping to prevent redundancy and ensure unique configurations
