What's New
Region & Districts - Ability to Delete
Regions can only be deleted if all associated districts have been removed, the facility manager is unassigned, and there are no references in any markup, product pricing, budget, or default tables.
Districts can only be deleted if all associated stores have been removed, the district manager is unassigned, and there are no references in any markup, product pricing, budget, or default tables.
If you try to delete a region or district and they are still associated with any of the listed items above a pop up will appear listing out the items that the region or district are still associated with.
Why it’s Great:
It's great because it allows you to maintain a clean and organized region and district grid, removing clutter by eliminating those you no longer use.
Assignment Grid - Work Order Status Now Available
You will now see the work order status as a default column in the assignments grid. This will now prevent you from having to flip between the work order grid and the assignment grid to see the work order status.
Why it’s Great:
This update allows you to work faster and smarter, as well as streamline your workflow.
Preventative Maintenance - Displays Only Active Programs and Stores by Default
The preventative maintenance program and store grids will now only show active programs by default. If you would like to see all programs or stores whether they are active or inactive use the toggle in the upper right to see all.
Why it’s Great:
This update is great because it declutters the view by showing only active programs by default, saving users from having to build lists to filter out inactive ones. A simple toggle in the upper right allows quick access to all programs or stores if needed.
Client Records - Notes has been Added
You can now add notes to your client records. The notes in the client record have the same functionally as the notes on the vendor record.
Why it’s Great:
The addition of notes to the client records allows you to send messages directly from the client record or add internal notes that will be time stamped and track who added the note.
