Executive Dashboard Overview

Executive Dashboard is a Fexalytics Report that gives you a first view page that 

The Main page would be the executive dashboard page, which is a long vertical page that can be split into several sections. These sections each give 

  • Invoices
  • Workorders
  • Assets
  • Providers
  • Employees

Report Pages

  1. Executive Dashboard
  2. Invoice Details
  3. Work Order Details

Datasource

The Report uses data that are related to Assets, Metrics, and Workorders, with Assets data being the main datasource.

 

Downloading data from the dashboard

There are several ways to extract data from the dashboard.

  1. Navigate to the Details pages.
    • You can navigate to the specific Details page you need directly from the tabs above the dashboard.

    • Alternatively, you can click and hover on one of the items in the Invoices, Work Orders, and Assets sections, the option to go the respective details becomes available.

    • Once there, you can download the data by clicking to download to crosstab. This would download a CSV file with the table formatted as seen in the details view.

2.  Alternatively, you can also extract data from any dashboard chart directly which would only download for you information regarding the specific scope you need. You can do this by:

    1. Clicking and then hovering over the element. If you need everything in the chart, you have to  either highlight everything or highlight the grand total if it is available.
    2. You'll be greeted with the Summary information at first. You can get more details by navigating to the 2nd tab (whose name is based on which data you are trying to extract).
    3. Modify the details to be extracted by specifying the columns you need, and then clicking the download button.
