Invoices

  • Updated

The section of the dashboard gives information regarding Invoices.

  • The total counts of invoices, as well as the average and total invoice costs.
  • The original and current average NTE (Not to Exceed), and the average delta between NTE and invoice.
  • The top categories based on spending and product class.
  • The accruals during the period.
  • The invoice versus proposal variance.
  • The budget actual versus forecast by category (if available).

 

By default, the charts all show only the top 5 of the categories.

If the option to "View All" is available, then you can click it to reveal another chart that would show the full picture.

 

KPIs

Average Invoice Total

Amount of the Invoice total for the period selected

Count of Approved Invoices in Period

Count of the Approved invoiced for the period selected

Approved Invoices are those in statuses: 'Accepted','Reconciled','Billing','Completed'

Original / Current Average NTE

Amount of the Original Invoice total for the period selected, followed by the Current Invoice total for the period selected

Average Delta of NTE and Invoice

The overall average difference of the Approved Invoice Total and the Vendor NTE

  • Average of (Vendor NTE - Approved Invoice)

Percent of Invoices Same as NTE

Percentage based on the count of assignments where the Approved Invoice Total is equal to the Vendor NTE

Total Spend

The sum total of the Approved Invoice for the period selected

 

Charts

Average Spend by Category

The chart displays the Average Vendor Invoice Totals by Category, displaying them in bar charts alongside their previous year result.

Total Spend by Category

The chart displays the Sum Total of Vendor Invoice Totals by Category, displaying them in bar charts alongside their previous year result.

Spend by Product Class

The chart displays the Sum Total of Vendor Invoice Totals split by Product Class, displaying them in bar charts alongside their previous year result.

Accruals During Period

 

The chart displays the Sum Total of Vendor Invoice Totals split by Category. They are displayed in bar charts with Accrual types PM and Reactive displayed side by side.

Invoice vs. Proposal Variance

The chart displays the Sum Total of the Approved Vendor Invoice and Approved Quotes split by month. 

Budget Actual vs. Forecast

The chart shows information on Vendor budgets, displaying the sum total budgeted amount and the budget to date consumed, visualized in bar charts side by side.
