Work Orders

The section of the dashboard gives information regarding Workorders.

  • This shows you information on workorders such as:
    • If workorders are pending since more than 15, 30, and 45 days ago.
    • Highlight Workorders that need attention as they are past deadline.
    • The status of workorders that are still in-progress
    • The trend of workorders with 1:1 assignments and those with >1 assignments, and indicating if there is a rise of the more complex workorders
    • The amount of workorders based on their class
    • The trend of resolution times and number of workorders created per day

 

KPIs

Workorders Aging - Open Work Orders to Date

This shows the count of workorders that are still in open status. They are grouped by the range of how long they have remained in the open status, being:

  • 15 to 29 days
  • 30 to 44 days
  • 45 days or greater

Workorders Past Deadline

 This shows the count of workorders that are still in open status and which are already aging past their response deadline

Workorders Deferred to Date

 This shows the count of workorders that are in the "On Hold" status

Vendor Proposals to Date

 This shows the total count of vendor quotes to date

Open Vendor Proposals

 This shows the total count of vendor quotes that are currently in open status

Work Orders Avoided to Date

 This shows the total count of workorders that are have been tagged as call avoided

 

Charts

In Progress Workorders to Date

 Chart displays the count of open workorders and their split based on the range of days they have remained open, and their status.

Assignment Count vs. Workorder Count

 Chart displays the total count of created assignments and created workorders in a monthly trend.

Avg Workorder Resolution Time

 Chart displays the monthly trend of the average time to complete a workorder. This is taken as the number of days difference between the workorder completion date and the workorder creation date. The monthly trend is based on when the workorder was created.

Workorders Created by Class During Period

 Displays the count of workorders grouped by their workorder class.

Avg. Workorders Created per Day During Period

 Chart displays the average daily count of workorders that get created in a monthly trend.
