When creating a work order in Fexa, you are presented with a list of potential duplicate work orders. It is recommended that you review this list in case someone has already turned in a work order for the same issue you are attempting to report.
This list is also a great way to see if a similar service is going to be performed soon and potentially bundle the work you are about to request with upcoming work that has already been scheduled with a service provider.
Checking For Duplicate Work Orders
As you create a work order, the "Potential Duplicate Work Orders" panel will appear and display any similar work orders that are currently open.
To view any of these work orders in detail, double click on a row and the work order will open in a new panel.
If you find that a work order exists for the issue you were wanting to report, you can simply close the tab to cancel the create action.
