Lists in Fexa are your one click source for the things you want to see! You can create your own custom lists to filter by priority, category, status and more.
Lists can be created on most grids available to you. Some of those grids include Work Order, Assignments, Invoices/Proposals, Assets, Facilities, and more!
Creating a List
Step 1) In the navigation menu, click the drop down on the topic you would like to create the list for.
Step 2) Click on create list.
Step 3) Enter in a List Name to describe the items that will be listed.
Step 4) Choose from the options to decide how to filter your list.
Step 5) Click on Save Filter.
Step 6) This will pull up the current list that matches your requirements and will be available to choose from whenever you need it. You will not need to create this specific list again.
Editing a List
Step 1) Navigate to the desired list to edit.
Step 2) Select the edit icon (pencil) in the top right hand corner.
Step 3) Make your desired updates.
Step 4) Select Save Filter.
Deleting a List
Step 1) Navigate to the desired list to delete.
Step 2) Select the edit icon (pencil) In the top right hand corner.
Step 3) Select the delete button at the bottom of your list creator.
Step 4) Select Yes on the "Are you Sure?" pop-up.
Note: Users can mass manage lists, share lists, export lists, copy/duplicate lists, and more!
