If you are having difficulties exporting invoices to QuickBooks Online or saving invoices/proposals/work orders, it may be because you have conflicts within the Integration Conflict Manager.
Conflicts are created because fields on Fexa Invoices/Proposals and fields on Quick Books Online do not match.
From the menu, select the drop down on "Integrations" and then "Integration Conflict Manager".
If a conflict appears, click on the Referenced Object to see what record is creating a conflict.
The External System represents the System the Integration is taking place on.
Use the drop down to expand the conflict.
The Internal Field lets you know where the conflicts are within the Fexa record.
The External Field lets you know where the conflicts are within the QuickBooks Online record.
If you were to Resolve the conflicts under Current Internal Value, the value will correct on QuickBooks Online to what Fexa believes is the correct value.
If you used the Resolve buttons under Current External Value, Fexa's values would change to what QuickBooks online believes is correct.
Using the Previous External Value to resolve the conflicts would change the values to the previous value in QuickBooks Online.
Hint: As this is permission based, the screen and ability to resolve conflicts is not accessible to all users. If you do not have the permissions, please contact Fexa via a HelpDesk ticket.
