Step 1: Navigate to Fexa’s Zendesk URL: https://fexa.zendesk.com/hc/en-us. Once on our URL, click "Sign In"
Step 2: Click “Get a Password” to reset
Step 3: Then enter your email address and click “Submit”
Step 4: Review confirmation screen
Step 5: Go to your email account and open the email from support@fexa.zendesk.com and click on the link to reset your password
Step 6: Set password. Ensure that the password meets the requirements and then click “Set Password”
You will automatically be logged in after you select “Set password”
