Attach existing documents to your communication rules to send every time the communication rule is triggered by events in Fexa. Choose to add either a template that exists in Fexa, or a document that you can upload to the communication being sent.
Some helpful notes:
- The document will automatically send as the same file type as uploaded
- If you do not rename it in Fexa, it will use the name of the file that is uploaded.
Step 1: Click on the Communication Rule you want to add attachments to.
Step 2: Click on the Attachments tab within the rule.
Step 3: Select the + to add an attachment.
Step 4: Choose to add either a template that exists in Fexa, or a document that you can upload to the communication being sent.
- If you select to Use a Template, the available templates will be based off of the data sources on current templates. If you do not see one you want to use- reach out to the Help Desk for assistance.
- To upload a file, select Use File Upload. Browse and choose your document.
Step 5: Once you have selected your desired attachment template/document, select save.
