Photos and files can now be uploaded directly within the FexaAI chat to provide clearer context when creating a work order. This helps speed up resolution and gives technicians and teams the information they need up front.
How to Upload a Photo or File
You can upload at any point during the conversation. Follow the below steps to upload photos/files.
- Open the FexaAI Chat.
- Click the ➕ icon in the lower-left corner of the chat window.
- Choose the image or file from your device.
- Once sent in the chat, the file will be attached to the work order automatically.
💡 You can add multiple uploads if needed — just repeat steps 2-4.
File & Photo Details
- Works with common image and document formats
- Maximum Attachment size is 25MB
Where Attachments Appear
After submission, your uploads will:
- Display in the Work Order file attachments section after the Work Order is created
- Be visible to all users with access to the work order, where permissions are applicable.
Best Practices
- Take clear, close-up photos of the issue
- Include wide shots when helpful for context
- Avoid blurry or dark images when possible
