The "Created By AI" Column
The Work Order grid includes a "Created By AI" column that indicates whether a work order was generated using FexaAI or created manually through the standard form.
How It Works
When FexaAI is enabled for your organization, the "Created By AI" column becomes available in the Work Order grid
Work orders created through FexaAI are marked in this column
Work orders created through the standard form are not marked

Every work order created through FexaAI includes a complete record of the conversation that produced it. This is available in the AI Chat History tab on individual work orders.

When each message was sent during the conversation

Can all users see the AI Chat History?
No. Only users whose permission group has access can see the AI Chat History tab on work orders.
Is chat history available for work orders created through the standard form?
No. Chat history is only generated when a work order is created through FexaAI.
Does the "Created By AI" column appear automatically?
The column is available when FexaAI is enabled for your organization. You may need to add it to your grid view if it is not already visible.
