Email Document Pages Can Be Downloaded as a Zip File

Zip files save storage space and can increase efficiency. When using email, zip files are an effective way to transfer documents quickly and easily.  Fexa has now added the ability to download email documents into a zip file.  When opening an email with attached documents - users will see a link to view more documents, and by clicking this, they will have the option via button to download all documents from one zip file.

For example, if a user would like to email an assignment to a vendor through the send assignment hamburger menu, all files associated with that assignment can be attached to the email. 

Upon opening the email, the user will see “Additional documents can be viewed and downloaded at the following link:” 

Once the link is clicked, the user will see a new page with all the attached documents. At the top of the page is a button “Download All as Zip”.
