When creating an assignment, the goal is to display assignments in the store's local timezone. This ensures that all assignments are scheduled according to the store’s local time, allowing technicians to arrive at the appropriate date and time for the store's response.
- Navigate to a Work Order requiring an Assignment
- Scroll Down to Service Assignments and click + for a new Assignment
- In the pop-up window that opens, on the "Response Deadline":
- Users can now change the timezone of service assignments by clicking the drop down menu.|
(Note : The assignment date and time selectors defaults to the associated Store’s Timezone if available on the related Store)
To modify existing service assignments time zone, double-click on the assignment and follow steps 3 and 4.
