Users can now decide to display a Visit IVR Issue in the Visit Grid as its own column. When updating a visit, there is an option to mark the Visit IVR Issue Toggle True or False. This lets the assignee know if the vendor or technician had issues checking in and out via the IVR system.
This has been added as a hidden column on the Visits Grid at the bottom of the Work Order Overview Page.
When the Column is chosen to be included on the grid, users can view the Visit IVR Issue.
