We have made several updates to surface more data in various reports, screens, and import processes to give you more insights right where you need them.
”Created By” Updates

Added "Created By" column in reports for Work Orders and Invoices/Proposals/Quotes!

The Preventative Maintenance grid has been updated to show “Created By”.
NTE Data Updates

The Currency field is now visible on both the default Vendor NTE and default Client NTE interfaces, and supports sorting and filtering!

”Country” is now selectable criteria on Default NTE’s, displays in the grid and is also available on the import template.
The Assignment ID now displays on the Vendor Proposal & Invoice, connecting the data in your workflow steps together to increase efficiencies as you work.
You now have access to Activity Streams on Programs. Track the history of your programs with ease.
Invoice Data Updates:

Transaction Date is a new field that can be set for Invoice Imports. This allows you to keep relationships with invoice date and invoice number/details.

Filter and export invoices directly from invoice submenu on the vendor record. This capability streamlines processes and enables invoices to be downloaded more efficiently, saving time and clicks
Hide Inactive entries on default:

We now hide inactive records by default in the Pricing > Client Pricing screen.

Inactive Records are hidden by default on the Pricing > Subcontractor Pricing main interface.
New data fields are available for Call Avoidance sequences!
Avoid work orders and service calls that can be prevented with our Call Avoidance features.
Client, Brand, District, Region, Area and Responsible Party fields have been added to question sets.

Update your Problems, configure by Brand.
Introducing the ability to import more data with your Problems (Brands) to configure and display your Problems more effectively. This empowers you to allow certain problems to appear by brand when the store users are creating work orders.

Bug Fixes
- Improved the experience when the "city" or "postal code" fields are cleared, improving how the tax lookup selection and calculations operate.
- Next Run Date column on the Reports grid no longer displays “TZ”, the appropriately formatted date and time displays.
- Improved the email parser system, reducing notifications for unknown email formatting.
- Updated the Provider Performance Snapshot filters to update as expected when using Safari.
- Improved performance and loading of the Preventative Maintenance Programs interface.
- The display of the 'Planned Start Date' within Projects matches the date provided during project creation. Additionally, the date is consistent when the project is opened for further review.
- The behavior for deleting shared lists has been updated to close the list.
- Updated the schedule experience when using the schedule type: “Monthly - Same Week” to work as expected.
