GL Codes on Proposals

Pivot Reports Show Grand Totals for COUNT Aggregator
Totals Now Display for COUNT-Based Reports
Previously, grand total rows and columns only appeared when using the SUM aggregator. We've fixed that, COUNT aggregations now also show grand totals, making your pivot reports more complete and insightful.Better Visibility of Report Data
This ensures key totals (like total work orders by priority) are visible even when no Top Axis is set.
User Grid Sorting Restored
Sorting on user grids is working again! A missing code piece has been restored, so you can now sort columns as expected.
SSO Access Issue Resolved
A recent update caused SSO errors for users managing multiple stores. We've fixed the logic to properly validate access using Store Number, restoring expected access and preventing future errors.
Export Enhancements
Sorting Respected: Exports now honor the sort order set in the UI.
Row Limit Warning: A new toast message alerts users about the 5,000-row export limit for primary records.
User Creation Fix for Role Selection
The role dropdown on the user creation form now works correctly, even if the timesheets are disabled. You can create any user type without restriction.
Admin User Grid Fix
We’ve corrected an issue where updating users in the admin grid could unintentionally overwrite their organization. The grid now properly retains each user’s original organization ID during updates.
Subcategory Selection Bug Fixed in Problem Setup
When creating multiple problems under the same category, users can now re-select the same subcategory without having to toggle to a different one first. The dropdown now behaves as expected, improving the overall workflow in the Problems setup.
Fixed: Invoice Lists Not Reopening Immediately
Resolved an issue where recently closed Invoice Lists wouldn’t reopen on first click. Users no longer need to select a different list or refresh the Invoices tab, lists now reopen immediately as expected.
“Updated At” Values Not Visible in Projects Tab
Users can now see data in the “Updated At” column within the Projects tab. Previously, the column appeared blank, even when valid timestamps existed. This has now been corrected.
Fixed: Store Time Zone Not Updating via PUT API
The Stores PUT API now correctly updates the facility time zone. Previously, even valid requests (e.g., updating from America/New_York to America/Chicago) failed to reflect changes in both the API response and the UI. This issue has been resolved.
Report Error on NTE Profit Percentage Filter
Resolved an issue where applying a filter on “Work Order NTE Profit Percentage” caused reports to fail with a “request is invalid” error. Filters like “less than or equal to 10%” now work as expected, allowing proper analysis of margin thresholds.
