Upon completion of Fexa CMMS assignments, matching assets will automatically generate a work order with service events for each asset in Trakref

Synced assets will show in integration history, and within the Work Order Overview in Fexa CMMS

As the Trakref service events are updated and the work order completes, the statuses will update in Fexa CMMS

This dashboard was created to bring together a variety of metrics to transform you into a data powerhouse and will be available via your current Fexalytics standard dashboards this month!
Not only do you have a wealth of insights - but also in aesthetically pleasing charts and visuals to help you in your next presentations, planning cycles and more. 
This dashboards provides snapshots related to your invoice data, work orders, proposals, assets, provider snapshots, and team metrics.

Are you keeping your assets up to date?
If you're not fully leveraging Fexa for asset tracking yet—this update is your signal to start.
In this release we are introducing four three exciting enhancements:

Complete redesign of the Asset Template interface, with standard templates and an asset creation wizard.

Enhanced Asset parts, enabling you to collect more data on assets through your workflow
-
New statuses for Assets, enabling you to set Assets as Sold and Disposed.
-
New bulk import capabilities for new assets and asset updates.
We have a completely new look and feel for Asset Templates. This new layout will help you see what the total spend is for you asset templates as another tool for you to quickly glean insights.
We have added standard templates to help you get started with all your asset needs. If you want to collect additional data, you have an option to add custom fields directly into the template. You can select what fields are required vs not required and move back and forth in the wizard with ease.
We took this a step further and now allow you launch into adding assets from your templates in bulk, or individually, with a new and improved asset import capability that now lets you bulk add or update assets, templates and more.
This is just the beginning, there will be more innovations in future releases.
⚠️ All existing asset templates will be mapped to their parent object types and all attributes will be mapped to either standard or custom fields. No effort is required on your part for these changes.

Not only have we improved how Asset templates work for you, but we have added more features to up-level asset parts!
We are also introducing new Asset Statuses! In addition to Active and Inactive, you can now set Assets to Sold or Disposed for improved record keeping.
Tip: Use Products in your Workflow!!
If you are not using Fexa Products today in your invoice workflow, this is a great tool to enable you to capture updates to assets during your workflow. We have enhanced the data we collect for asset parts, allowing you to select the status, if a part was removed/added and more detail to see the evolution of your assets over time.
New Vendor Import Template:
This template allows you to create and update invoices in bulk. The new template allows nesting line items for invoices underneath the rows for invoices, making the upload form easier to navigate.

Imports: Imports have been updated to support all category levels. If you have an import that needs to add or update a category that is nested more than 3 levels, this change is going to be great for you!
