New User Import
Need to make big updates, fast? Now you can.
The new import feature lets you manage multiple user types—across roles and regions—in one streamlined process.
If you have bulk changes that need to take place across many users, you can use the new import process to quickly make adjustments for new and existing users.
This enables you to quickly update role status, move roles to new locations, and update more than one type of user in a single import.
The import is accessible from the new User List in the top right menu, and you are also able to export user data (which also respects filters) in the import format for ease of modifying existing data and re-importing bulk changes.

Smarter Asset Creation Forms
We are continually investing in asset improvements to help you collect key datapoints for critical decisions throughout the longevity of your assets.
You now have a new Asset Creation form when you click on “Create New Asset” via the plus icon on the Asset grid/table.
This surfaces your main metadata details for your assets, enabling you to enter in insights during the creation process.

Program Updates: You may add any assignable role (technicians or providers) when updating or adding a new store to a PM Program.

Work Order Assignment & Vendor Defaults - Default Provider lists update based on adjustments to the assignment category, priority or class.

Asset Part Columns are hidden by default on the invoice line items

Asset Part columns can be shown manually (clicking and selecting them) on invoice types that allow asset parts (vendor invoice, client invoice, purchase order)

Asset Part columns cannot be shown on invoice types that do not allow asset parts (vendor quote, client quote, expense)
