Enhancements
Assets are a data powerhouse - we have added many more capabilities to enhance your ability to leverage assets in your day to day operations.
All standard fields for assets now appear on the new Asset template to provide all the visibility you need on required and optional fields for your assets. These fields are not editable, but visible on all templates.This is incredibly helpful to know all the fields available to aid in decisions on reporting and adding custom fields.
Automatic cleanup for your Asset forms:
In order to ensure we keep your data and interfaces updated and clean, we are migrating key custom fields to standard fields automatically. These fields are “model number”, “serial number” and ”manufacturer”. If we find a one to match for these fields and the data type in the is the same, we will automatically move your custom field over so that you do not have redundant fields in your forms. If we find there is a mismatch in data types or names, we will leave the field and provide you with a tool to manually move that field over easily!
Leverage Asset Part fields in invoice communications to help collect detail and share updates on Asset Parts that are updated through work orders. Reach out to your account team for more details!
View your Asset Depreciation data from proposals. When assets are added into proposal line items, you will see a new chart icon in the line item. This is clickable and opens your Asset Depreciation Graphs.
Make updates to existing records easier. Export your data directly from the Asset, Invoice or Main User grid, in import format! These exports will be emailed to the user who is logged in. You can also download the import template and start the import process for assets all in the same location. You can access these options from the main grids or saved lists!
User Management
You can now deactivate users directly from Fexa or via the new User Import
We now filter the User list on Active users, enabling you to easily toggle to see inactive accounts
You can now associate Store Users to more than one Facility/store and view Associated Stores in the Store Manager list

Each field has been updated with either a hover for what the setting means or helpful text within the label or field to get you going faster with all your notes!
Bug Fixes
- Shared Lists: the relative user filter has been updated to enable the lists to update based on the user.
- Users associated to Facilties/Stores have been improved. When you update the facilities on the user UI (the right panel view) - updates are persisted to associated user on the Store view.
- Exporting Work Order lists works as expected (downloading XLSX and opening file contains list data)
- Uploading Images on work Order Creation has been improved to accept file sizes of 10mb
- Users with the ability to read Vendor Invoice Instructions are now able to view the Vendor Invoice Instruction grid.
- Category Problems must have a unique name/path combination (parent_id + name) to prevent issues with mappings and data mix ups in your Fexa environment.
Pivot Report updates:
- fixed aggregator function.
- grand total row and total column are only shown for the 'sum' aggregator.
- fixed a race condition that caused the "Aggregate Field" to not be populated properly when opening an existing pivot report.
- You can no longer create work orders for Inactive Stores.
- Preventative Maintenance updates. Only active assets are available in the asset dropdown within the PM Stores.
